Ingredients
Batter:
1 YELLOW CAKE MIX
3/4 cup OIL
1/2 cup BROWN SUGAR
4 EGGS
8 oz SOUR CREAM
Cinnamon Swirl:
1 cup BROWN SUGAR
1 Tablespoon CINNAMON
Icing:
1 cup POWDERED SUGAR
3 Tablespoon MILK
1 teaspoon VANILLA
1 Tablespoon BUTTER, softened
Directions:
With an electric mixer blend all batter ingredients.
In a seperate bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.
Preheat over to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into the pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon and sugar mixture onto the top of the batter. Pour the rest of the batter into the pan and top it off with the rest of the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Run a knife through the cake mix to swirl the cinnamon and sugar. Just be careful not to touch the bottom of the pan with the knife.
Bake for 45 minutes.
While it is baking mix the 4 icing ingredients until smooth. Drizzle the icing over the cake while still warm. ENJOY and try not to eat the whole pan at once!!
