Caramel Toffee Grape Bites
- 1 cup CARAMEL BITS (or unwrapped caramels)
- 1 Tablespoon WATER
- RED or GREEN SEEDLESS GRAPES, washed and dried
- ½ cup TOFFEE BITS
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine caramel bits and water. Heat until smooth, stirring frequently.
- Place toffee bits in a small bowl and line a small baking sheet or plate with waxed paper.
- Use a toothpick to poke grapes and dip them into warm caramel and then into the toffee bits. Place on waxed paper. Repeat with remaining grapes.
- If the caramel starts to get to firm, return to the stove to heat again and then finish dipping the grapes.
- These can be made a few hours ahead and left at room temperature until serving.
