Monster Cookie Dough Dip

July 11, 2012 By Crumbs and Chaos

Spread the love

I admit I am one of those who loves to eat cookie dough.  I know, I know the raw eggs shouldn’t be consumed but for some reason that doesn’t stop me from sneaking a few bites when I am making cookies.  When I came across this recipe and saw that it didn’t have any raw egg I knew that I had to try it.  The original recipe is from Something Swanky but the recipe I used was adapted just a little bit.  We loved and posted a recipe from Something Swanky earlier this year – the amazing Brownie Batter Dip, that got rave reviews.  These are both great, easy recipes to have in your recipe box for get togethers and parties.

I froze half of my dip and now it is ready to thaw and use for another event when I need something quick.  Serve this amazing dip with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, etc.

This would be dangerous for me to make! At least if I were by myself, it wouldn’t last long!!

Yes please! Ashton’s Monster Cookie Dough Truffle recipe is awesome (I couldn’t resist making them into cupcakes!) so I KNOW the dip must taste good! So smart of you to freeze half for another use–that will come in handy in preventing me from eating the entire bowl at once 🙂
