Easter weekend is {finally} here. Am I the only one that feels like that took forever?! Holiday weekends are usually full of family, friends, celebration and sometimes craziness. One thing you definitely don’t need is complicated recipes to keep you away from guests. Enter Pecan Cheesecake Rolls…a simple breakfast or brunch recipe that will have you back to enjoying your family in no time.

5 simple ingredients including crescent roll dough makes this a speedy morning treat. This recipe is easy to customize to your particular crowd. If you don’t have nut lovers, then use a different flavor of International Delight creamer and everyone is happy. This particular day I was feeling nutty, so I used the Southern Butter Pecan Creamer, which also happens to be an excellent addition to your morning coffee 😉

A scrumptious addition to your next brunch - this recipe for Pecan Cheesecake Rolls is simple to make and downright delicious!
Author: Becca @ Crumbs and Chaos
Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Crescent Roll Dough Sheet*
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons International Delight Southern Butter Pecan Creamer
  • ½ cup Pecans, finely chopped, divided
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon International Delight Southern Butter Pecan Creamer
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Open the crescent dough on a lightly flour surface, gently stretch the dough out just slightly.
  3. Microwave cream cheese for about 20 seconds to soften. Stir in 3 Tablespoons of creamer. Spread to cover the entire surface of the dough. Sprinkle surface with about ⅔ of the pecans.
  4. Starting on one of the longer sides, roll dough tightly. Press together the end and side to seal it up. Cut into 12 equal pieces.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix together powdered sugar and 1 Tablespoon of creamer. Add another teaspoon of creamer if it needs to be more pourable. Pour glaze over rolls and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
  7. Serve immediately and store any leftovers in the fridge.
Notes
*If you can't find the crescent roll dough sheets, you can use regular crescent rolls and pinch the seams together to make one large piece of dough.
