Pineapple Punch | Crumbs and Chaos

Fruity and refreshing – Pineapple Punch is simple to make and a total crowd pleaser!

Did you catch the Sizzling Summer Giveaway that posted over the weekend?  If not, be sure to check it out!  The winner is definitely going to need this recipe {the prize is a glass drink dispenser and tumbler set}.  My dear friend brought the drink dispenser in these pictures to a recent gathering.  I commented on the fact that is adorable – she said ‘I’m glad you like it, it’s your birthday present.’  My birthday isn’t until September, but she saw it and wanted to get it for me so that I could use it all summer long.  Such sweet friends I have 😉

So my sweet, new drink dispenser was the inspiration for this post…you can never have too many punch recipes for a summer full of gatherings, picnics and such.  This recipe is simple and comes together quickly.  You’ll be sipping its fruity sweetness in no time whether you have a drink dispenser or not!

This fruity and refreshing punch will be a hit at your next party!
Ingredients
  • 3 cups PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • 3 Tablespoons CREAM OF COCONUT*
  • 1½ cups ORANGE SORBET*
  • 1 liter LIME SPARKLING WATER*
  • LIME WEDGES
Instructions
  1. In a pitcher, stir together pineapple juice, cream of coconut and sorbet. Add sparkling water. Serve over ice with lime wedges.
Notes
*Cream of Coconut is sold near the drink mixers at the grocery store. Try to find it in a squeeze bottle if you can.
*If you can't find orange sorbet, you could also use orange or pineapple sherbet. The punch would be a little bit creamier.
*Unsweetened lime sparkling water is preferred for this recipe.
