Jalapeno Popper Brats | Crumbs and Chaos

I’m kind of sad that we’re on the downside of all things summer.  School planning has begun, but we’ve got plenty to do before school actually starts.  Things like make s’mores a few more times, hit the beach for some wave jumping and a sunset {or four} and casually get together with family and friends.

Johnsonville Beer n’ Bratwurst Brats are a delicious way to celebrate Bratsgiving Day, which falls on Sunday, August 16th this year.  Because I’ll take any excuse to fire up the grill and enjoy a freshly grilled brat, I’m planning on celebrating with another round of these.

After grilling your Beer n’ Bratwurst Brats to golden perfection, we’re taking them up another notch by adding a creamy, kickin’ jalapeño popper spread, more cheese and a few cracker crumbs for crunch.  After a few minutes under the broiler, you will have a brat worth celebrating with – no matter what day it is.  The perfect main dish for savoring these last days of summer with family and friends.

Serve these with Cream Cheese Corn, Bacon Basil Tomato Salad and Hot Fudge Malt Dip
