Baby showers usually have a lighter fare and I love things that are ‘baby sized’…so fitting for the occasion. I think these open-faced baby bagel sandwiches would be perfect and are customizable.
I used mini bagels, spread them with garden veggie cream cheese, added thinly sliced turkey, baby spinach and half of a cherry tomato. They would be a great addition to your baby shower menu!
