Welcome to another fabulous installment of the Secret Recipe Club.  Want to know more about the SRC?  Stop on over to get all the details.

Previous recipes that have been made for SRC include: Chocolate Brownie Oatmeal Cookies, (Mini) Chicken Taco Salads, Bacon & Feta Pasta, Bacon Jalapeno Corn Chowder, Cheesy Penne with Spinach and Artichokes, Cookies in a Jar, Creme Brulee Cheesecake Bars, Southwestern Chicken Pizza, Sun-dried Tomato Salsa, Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes, Strawberry Lime Tarts in a Jar, Basil Alfredo, Asian Party Mix

My assigned blog this month was Angela’s Kitchen.  Angela has an incredible blog full of gluten and dairy free recipes.  She also has extensive info for those wanting to cook great tasting food while having certain dietary restrictions.  I choose to make a slider burger that was packed full of flavor and would be fabulous for any football party menu.A lot of Angela’s recipes include freezer info on what can be made ahead and frozen for a meal later.  This is one of those meals, prepare the patties and freeze until you are ready to grill them.  I think they would also be fine frozen after you cooked them as well.  Next time I will top these with BBQ sauce because I think it would be a perfect complement to all of the flavors.
