This is a new recipe that I found in a church cookbook that looked simple and turned out delicious. I know we will make these again and next time we might even add in a few crushed pecans. This was a great start to our Memorial Day. I love recipes you can prepare ahead of time. It was great being able to get out of bed, turn the oven on, and bake. Enjoy!
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1.4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding, not instant
1 T. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Break dough into chunks and place in a greased 9 x 9 pan. Melt butter and add brown sugar, pudding, milk, and cinnamon. Pour over dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 25-30 minutes or until brown. Turn caramel rolls over onto a serving plate to cool.
