Recently we were on vacation and my sister in law made this dessert. It was so easy and very delicious!
All you need:
– 2- 8oz. cream cheese
– 1 cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 2 rolls of chocolate chip cookie dough
First, beat the cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Then, break apart one roll of cookie dough and press in to UN greased 9×13 pan. Spread the mixture on top. Then, crumble the other roll on top of that.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate for 2 hrs. Serve. If there’s any left keep in the fridge.
