Spread the love
So we have given you a week’s worth of crock pot meals, but what is missing??  That’s right!  A CROCKPOT DESSERT!  This Hot Fudge Brownie Cake is a gooey chocolatey addition to any meal.  It is easy to assemble, takes about 2 1/2 hours to complete, and is perfect served with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

For Bottom Layer
2 cups BROWNIE MIX
1 EGG
1 tablespoon VEGETABLE OIL
1/4 cup WATER
1/3 cup MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS

For Topping
1/2 cup BROWN SUGAR
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
3/4 cup BOILING WATER

Directions
Combine all bottom layer ingredients.  Pour batter in the bottom of a greased crockpot.  Mix together topping ingredients, completely dissolving sugar and cocoa in boiling water.  Pour over batter.  Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Turn off slow cooker and allow it to sit for 30 minutes.  Spoon into bowls with vanilla ice cream.  ENJOY!
