SRC: Asian Party Mix

August 13, 2012 By Crumbs and Chaos

Spread the love
Welcome to another fabulous installment of the Secret Recipe Club.  Want to know more about the SRC?  Stop on over to get all the details.

Previous recipes that have been made for SRC include: Chocolate Brownie Oatmeal Cookies, (Mini) Chicken Taco Salads, Bacon & Feta Pasta, Bacon Jalapeno Corn Chowder, Cheesy Penne with Spinach and Artichokes, Cookies in a Jar, Creme Brulee Cheesecake Bars, Southwestern Chicken Pizza, Sun-dried Tomato Salsa, Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes, Strawberry Lime Tarts in a Jar, Basil Alfredo

My assignment this month was Eat Laugh Love – a blog full of fun, healthy recipes.  I enjoyed browsing around to make my choice for this month…creamy maple salad dressing, buffalo chicken meatloaf or bacon cheddar bread (I am seriously trying this one soon!).  So many possibilities!

I settled on Asian party mix for a couple of reasons…I love Asian flavors and my husband and son could eat all day long (and constantly ask for food) so they loved having something new to try out.  I love a good Chex mix (I’m a cereal and bagel chip lover and could care less about the pretzels) and the sesame breadsticks are a great addition to this mix!  It has a just the right amount of kick to it…so fabulous!

Nice twist with the Asian flavors. I could eat Chex Mix (particularly the bagel chips) all day, too!
