Biscoff Rolo Popcorn

December 6, 2012 By Becca@CrumbsandChaos

Spread the love

DAY 1   PEPPERMINT CREAM BITES                  DAY 2   GINGERDOODLE COOKIES

DAY 3   MINT OREO BARK

P-p-p-p-p-popcorn…a snack that my family is absolutely in love with.  This is another easy, quick treat that will have you snacking sharing in no time.  I plan on making this for snacking on during movie or game nights over the next few weeks.

One thing to know…you are covering the popcorn in warm biscoff spread, so if you leave this a room temperature it will be kind of soft.  We threw it in the freezer for a while and really enjoyed it cold.  However you eat it, make sure you have enough to share ’cause this one’s going to go fast!

Biscoff Rolo Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 8 cup FRESHLY POPPED POPCORN
  • 1/2 cup BISCOFF SPREAD
  • 2 (1.7 oz. each) rolls of ROLO CANDY, unwrapped and cut into quarters
  • 8 BISCOFF COOKIES, broken into pieces
  • SALT, for sprinkling if desired

Instructions

  1. Place popcorn in a large bowl.
  2. Microwave biscoff spread for 20 seconds. Pour over popcorn, stir to coat. Toss in rolos and cookies, stir again to distribute and spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, if desired, and chill before storing in an air tight container. This is delicious cold from the freezer!

Yummy!!! Biscoff is definitely one of those things I always keep on hand. If you add a little white chocolate to the spread it will set up a little bit better for you:-)
