- 12 oz. pkg. CHORIZO SAUSAGE
- ½ bag ALEXIA SMART CLASSICS TRI-CUT POTATOES
- 8 TORTILLAS
- 1 AVOCADO, diced
- FETA CHEESE
- CHOPPED CILANTRO
- Cook chorizo in a skillet and drain grease.
- Meanwhile, bake tri-cut potatoes according to the package directions.
- Divide potatoes, chorizo and avocado between tortillas.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and cilantro.
- Serve right away.
Best Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Alexia Sweet Potato Fries with Sea Salt – baked according to the package directions
Spicy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (mix 6 tablespoons mayo, 1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard and 6 teaspoons honey)
- 1 lb. GROUND BEEF
- ½ cup CHOPPED FROZEN ONION
- 6 Tablespoons BBQ SAUCE
- ½ teaspoon CHILI POWDER
- ½ teaspoon SEASON SALT
- 1 cup FROZEN CORN
- 1 cup SHREDDED CHEDDAR
- 1 pkg. ALEXIA CRISPY ONION RINGS WITH PANKO BREADING AND SEA SALT
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- Brown beef and onions. Drain grease and return meat to pan.
- Stir in bbq sauce, chili powder and season salt.
- Layer on frozen corn, shredded cheese and then onion rings.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Honey Garlic Chicken Sliders with Asian Slaw
Alexia Smart Classics Crinkle Cut Fries – try these with Spicy Asian Dipping Sauce
- ½ lb. SEASONED TACO MEAT
- 1 pkg. ALEXIA SWEET POTATO WAFFLE FRIES
- 1 cup SHREDDED CHEDDAR OR COLBY JACK CHEESE
- 1 AVOCADO, diced
- HOT SAUCE or SALSA
- SOUR CREAM
- CHOPPED CILANTRO
- Bake waffle fries according to the package directions.
- Layer on meat and cheese.
- Return to the oven until cheese is melted.
- Top with avocado, hot sauce, sour cream and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
