Hot, gooey, cheesy…three things that make the perfect appetizer, Artichoke Feta Dip is easy to make ahead and heat just before serving.
Our family has been laughing over the word ‘hangry’ for awhile now. But seriously, it really is a thing. Lately my oldest daughter has decided to define appetizer as ‘the food you eat so you don’t get hangry.’ Those kids, they don’t miss much. And this dip is the perfect thing to set out as your guests start arriving, you know to nibble on while they wait for everyone else to get there {because there’s always someone running late}. And the one thing you don’t need when you’re about to host a crowd is a hangry {ahem} husband or guest 😉
Feta cheese is the flavor powerhouse in this easy to make dip. Stir everything together in one bowl and transfer to a shallow oven safe baking dish or a pie plate. I can’t resist anything made with feta, but when you add garlic, more cheese and things get all hot and gooey, you might have to fight me for it. We loved this with pretzels, but it would also go great with sliced baguette or fresh veggies.
