S'mores Easter Treats | Crumbs and Chaos

Simple and fun, S’mores Easter Treats don’t take long to make and will be enjoyed by adults and children alike!

S'mores Easter Treats | Crumbs and Chaos

I don’t know about you, but I have absolutely no will power when a pan of Honey Graham S’mores Treats are sitting on the counter.  Ever since I was a kid I’ve always loved Honey Graham Cereal and adding it to gooey marshmallow and milk chocolate makes it totally irresistible.  Since Easter is coming up fast, I decided to take my favorite s’mores treat and turn it into a cute, easy to make Easter treat.

My oldest daughter claimed these to be a treat for those who don’t like green tinted coconut in their Easter treats.  You know there are two kinds of people in the world…those who love coconut and those who don’t.  {For those who do see —> Mini Key Lime Tarts and Coconut Lime Pie Bars…so good!}  I love it, my kids don’t, so this treat is totally for them…who am I kidding?  I most definitely taste tested my share 😉

  • 4 Tablespoons BUTTER
  • 6 cups HONEY GRAHAM CEREAL
  • 1 cup MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
To decorate:
  • ¼ cup BUTTER, room temperature
  • 2¼ cups POWDERED SUGAR
  • 1 teaspoon VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 2-3 Tablespoons MILK
  • 4-5 drops GREEN FOOD COLORING
  • MINI CHOCOLATE EGGS

  1. Generously grease a 12 cup muffin tin.
  2. Set aside 1 cup of marshmallows. Place remaining marshmallows in a large saucepan with 4 Tablespoons butter, melt over medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cereal until well coated. Stir in 1 cup of marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  4. Divide among muffin cups and press down firmly. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.
To decorate:
  1. Beat together ¼ cup butter and powdered sugar. Add vanilla extract and enough of the milk to make a pipe-able consistency. Add food coloring and beat on high speed until fluffy.
  2. Transfer frosting to a piping bag or quart size freezer bag. Cut the corner and pipe onto each treat. Add mini chocolate eggs.
