Lemon Cream Pie Milkshake | recipe by Crumbs and Chaos

This Lemon Cream Pie Milkshake is a sweet summer treat!

For me, part of the fun of summer is the cool treats. I mean really, what better way to wind down a summer BBQ than with a cool, creamy milkshake? You can easily whip one up at a moment’s notice by having a few pantry staples on hand. I love making milkshakes that remind me of other desserts. Pie is one of my favorites, so getting all the goodness of a pie without having to bake for a minute is a big summer plus.

The flavor of this shake comes from Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix. I used lemon because it’s one of my favorite flavors, but think of all the possibilities…you could swap out the lemon pudding mix for coconut or banana and have an entirely different milkshake. Crunchy bits of shortbread cookie throughout add the crust element. Topping it off with a dollop of Cool Whip is highly recommended, after all every pie (and milkshake) needs a little creamy goodness on top. Click here for the full recipe…Lemon Cream Pie Milkshake
