Easy Layered Oreo Pudding Cups are perfect for any occasion and are a delicious make ahead dessert!

Question…are you on Team Regular or Team Double Stuff?  Ever since I’ve been grown up enough to care, I’ve always been on Team Double Stuff…I feel like it’s a better ratio of cookies to cream.  To each his own 😉  Several members of my extended family L.O.V.E. Oreos + milk with a passion…you can never go wrong with the chocolate and cream combo.

Anyhow, I’m a huge fan of simple desserts and desserts that are already pre-portioned, this recipe is both of those.  This no bake dessert is so easy to put together and you can make it ahead of time which, I think, is a win-win.  I think individual servings make things extra fun, but you could easily make this in a 9×13 baking dish.  It would be great for taking to a potluck that way.  It’s cookies and cream, so you’re pretty much guaranteed deliciousness no matter how you serve it!

Layered Oreo Pudding Cups

Author Becca@CrumbsandChaos

Yield 12 pudding cups

Ingredients

15 oz. pkg. OREO COOKIES, chopped*

8 oz. pkg. CREAM CHEESE, room temperature

1 cup POWDERED SUGAR

12 oz. FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING, thawed

5.1 oz. pkg. CHOCOLATE PUDDING

2 1/4 cups WHOLE MILK

Instructions

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.  Add powdered sugar and beat well.  Fold in half of the whipped topping.

In a separate bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk.

Set out 12 9 oz. clear cups.  Put about a tablespoon of chopped cookies into the bottom of each cup.  Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly between the cups (about 2 Tablespoons in each).

Sprinkle on another tablespoon of cookies.  Divide pudding between the cups.

Add another tablespoon of cookies.  Top each cup with a dollop of the remaining whipped topping.  Garnish with a cookie chunk if desired.

Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

*You can chop the cookies as fine as you like.  I prefer bigger, crunchier chunks so I left them that way, but you can do what you like.

*This can also be made in a 9x13 baking dish if desired.
