Hip, Hip Hooray! for this easy game time snack. A couple of weeks ago I stumbled upon this recipe on the back of the soup cracker package. It was so simple to make yet very addicting. This would be a great snack to make anytime of the year but nice and easy to throw in for game day (no pun intended!). No matter who you are rooting for at the Super Bowl, this is a must for your party and easy for kids to snack on, too.
Cinnamon Sugar Snack Mix
1- 12 oz. package Oyster Crackers
6 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place oyster crackers in a 9×13 pan. Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Pour over crackers and stir well.
Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes, stirring once.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
